DARe-me provided Mechanical & Electrical & Sustainability Consultancy for this new Distillery located in the wonderful Island of Benbecula. The multi-million-pound project received planning permission to convert an old salmon-farming facility into a distillery in 2022, we were involved from Planning to Completion.

Buffalo Mozzarella

DARe-me Consulting Engineers designed a ventilation system for Scotland's first authentic Scottish Buffalo Mozzarella manufacturer.
